HELIX Program helping to sell more Metalworking Fluids

HELIX is a consultative selling and management development program created by Frost & Sullivan in collaboration with Houghton. The program was adopting standard sales processes, tools and systems and ultimately improving gross margins by selling higher value products and services. They could not only increase customer satisfaction but also increased gross margins by up to four times the original target.

The Consulting Group is a Finalist in ‘External Learning Solution of the Year' 2014 Learning Awards.
